Jetman Flies over the Grand Canyon Like a Bird - Video

Credit: Yves Rossy website
Flying has always been man's dream and perhaps nobody has ever come as close to flying like a bird as Yves Rossy, the Swiss pilot/inventor.

What is totally amazing about his motored wings is the fact that there is no steering system other than his body movements. He raises his head up and he soars and he drops his shoulders down and he dives. All of his flying manoeuvres are controlled by his body. Below is a video of his flying over the Grand Canyon and for those who want to find out more, we have also included another video from TEDTalk where he explains about his invention.

Yves Rossy (born 27 August 1959) is a Swiss pilot, inventor and aviation enthusiast. His jet pack has led to his being nicknamed Airman, Jetman, Rocketman and, later, Fusionman, according to his project steps.
